13 Most Common Objections - What To Do

Following are 13 of the most common objections and information to help you handle these objections. Remember that confronting objections with information can be dangerous.

As most objections are expressed emotions you must take care to inject information into the process only when this is appropriate. Information will not solve any objection, but only help your prospect solve their dilemma.

With each objection, probe them for more information and offer the benefits of your business. Remember, you are trying to offer a solution and add value to someone’s life, not sell your business.

13 Most Common Objections

1. I Don’t Have the Time

Make sure you probe to determine:

* Is time really the issue or whether the current time is a bad time for you to
present the opportunity?
* How does the prospect feel about being time-strapped?
* What is taking up the prospects time now and are there areas where they could
find time?
* What is the prospect’s desire to gain control over their time?
* Does the prospect understands what is actually required to do the business?
* Does the prospect appreciate what it would be like to have the time?

2. I Don’t Have The Money

Make sure you probe to determine:

* What is what they’re doing now not working?
* Have they provided for future needs – college for kids and retirement?
* How would they feel to never have to say this again?
* What are they doing now to correct the situation?
* Are they ready to do something about not having any money?

3. This Is A Pyramid

Make sure you probe to determine:

* What is their perception of a pyramid?
* Would they appreciate you would not involve others in an illegal scheme?

4. I Can’t Sell

Make sure you probe to determine:

* What is their past experience with sales?
* What is it about sales that scares them?
* What do they believe is involved in network marketing?
* That they understand that sharing, and not traditional sales, is the core of
your business

5. My Friend Lost Money in Network Marketing

Make sure you probe to determine:

* That they appreciate that different people succeed in different endeavors
because we are all…different
* What was the type of opportunity this friend was involved in?
* Why their friend was unsuccessful
* Do they predict their success on how successful their friend was?
* Do they understand that there is a right way and a wrong way to do business?

6. I’m Not The Network Marketing Type

Make sure you probe to determine:

* What do they believe the network marketing type is?
* Were they involved in network marketing before and if so, with whom?
* Do they understand network marketing?
* Do they appreciate how network marketing has evolved over the years?
* Do they know the caliber of individuals involved in your business?

7. I’ve Tried Network Marketing and it Didn’t Work

Make sure you probe to determine:

* What was their prior network marketing experience?
* Why their prior experience would not work for them?
* What do they see as the elements necessary for them to succeed?
* How were their prior employment experiences right or wrong for them but had
the opposite effect on others?

8. I Don’t Know How To Start A Business

Make sure you probe to determine:

* Have they started a business in the past?
* Were they alone in starting a business?
* What do they see as difficult in starting a new business?
* Do they appreciate the rewards in owning a business?

9. I Don’t Know Anybody

Make sure you probe to determine:

* Would they appreciate how nice it would be to have a network of friends to
call upon?
* What relationships they actually have, such as professionals who serve them
and family members seeking opportunity?
* That your business can get started by sharing the product/service and finding
just a few people to do the same (the # will depend on your compensation plan)
* They can appreciate how many friends you have made with this business.

10. I Can Get It Cheaper/Too Much Competition

Make sure you probe to determine:

* How they select their own products?
* What makes them think there is too much competition?
* Do they appreciate the difference between price and value?
* Could they well be comparing apples to oranges?

11. My Partner Doesn’t Want Me To Do This?

Make sure you probe to determine:

* Do they appreciate that a home based business allows them to focus on family
first?
* What was their network marketing experience in the past?
* What are the partner’s objections?
* Who is the decision maker in the family?
* Whether the spouse should attend the presentation?

12. I Already Have A Good Job

Make sure you probe to determine:

* Does their job provide an income after they have left?
* Is their retirement and kid’s education provided for?
* That this opportunity need not threaten their current employment
* That job security is no longer assured after what’s already happened in this
financial crisis

13. I Don’t Want To Bother My Friends

Make sure you probe to determine:

* That they already make recommendations to their friends daily – a good movie,
a good restaurant, etc
* Are their friends already established and secure in their income and
retirement?
* That this opportunity can help their friends achieve their goals.

Study These and always be ready with a good response for objections, this will increase your sales and profesionalism.

Today's home business coaching tip is

on how to capture your traffic that comes
to your site.

Here's how it works:

1. You place ads, write articles, blog,
whatever. You will have a link that invites
people to your website.

2. When they get to your website, have
something of value that they would like to
learn about. You will have a place for them
to enter their name and email for this information.

3. They will have to confirm in an email that
they do in fact want to be a part of your list
so that you are not spamming. When they
verify that they accept your invitation to join
your list, then you have "captured" your traffic.

A good example of an offer would be home business
coaching tips like this. A free report, or ebook.
Perhaps a CD or newsletter. Much of what I
share with my "list" (aka a customer list) applies to
any home business. I hope that you do find value
in what I share with you.

Be good to your customers and provide them
the information they are seeking. Don't just send
them junk mail. Send them something of value
that they can use in their business. I have
people tell me that they set up a folder for all my
emails and they refer back to them. That's a good
thing.

I teach my business partners how to set up
the capture form and use this autoresponder to
make it all work. Furthermore, members of my
team are allowed to transfer all my messages
to their own account so they don't have to do
any writing, as they will have other things I
want them to focus on when getting their business
going.

The autoresponder is an intregral part of your
business. To read more about it visit the websites
below.

Aweber Autoresponder
GetResponse Autoresponder

My autoresponders work for me 24/7/365.
They never call in sick.
My messages are delivered like clockwork
I take vacations and time off from work but
my automated systems with the autoresponders
keep going. Which means money keeps coming in.

Sound good? You bet.

Check out the autoresponders, learn about them
so you have a better understanding of how they
work.

This is Gold my Friends and an important part
of setting up your online business.

Vision For Your Dream

Do you have a vision for your dream?

This is important in helping you to reach your dreams and goals, you need to have a vision a clear vision of exactly what you want and how your going to get there.

Can you you see yourself in your dream, living it, enjoying it, almost like you can reach out and touch it, maybe you have a dream to buy a boat, can you see yourself out on the water, water skiing or maybe fishing, having a few friends along having a good time out in the sun, can you just picture in your head how that would be.

Or maybe you want to have a successful business and be financially free, can you see yourself being debt free, having plenty of money in the bank, buying things cash, supporting your favorite ministry or charity and just doing what you want when you want, because your success has enabled you to do that. Can you get that vision in your head!

A lot of people dream of having lots of money, but do they have a vision of it, and a plan on how to get there. That is the big difference between people that accomplish their dreams and goals and those that don't, people will say to themselves, "It would be great to have that Jaguar or that yacht, but I will never be able to get that" they talk themselves right out of ever achieving that dream.

If you really want to start seeing your goals and dreams being fulfilled, get a vision and lay out a plan on how your going to get there, speak faith into your dream, like "I will get that car or that yacht or house or whatever it may be" speak it and see yourself in it.

Now having a dream and goal and a vision of how you will get there is good, but one more key ingredient is necessary and that is putting action to your thoughts and not giving up even when things get rough, no matter what DON"T GIVE UP, NEVER GIVE UP, when you fall down get back up and strive toward your dream, do what others are unwilling to do.

The day will come when you are living that dream and accomplishing that goal, and people will ask how you did it and you can give them this same advice. "Get a vision for your dream and don't give up"

So, can you see yourself being debt free, having money, and not worrying about bills and just enjoying life to its fullest with passion and purpose. Get a vision, picture yourself being there and speak it out loud. "I will be debt free and have abundance in my life, I will, I will, I will"

Make a plan today and start taking steps to get there.

Be Visionary.

This is a Bible verse I like to apply to my life.

Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:3

10 steps to optimize your website.

This information is courtesy of SEOLAB I am not an affiliate for them but found this information very valuable and thought it might be of help to you.

Completed Your Keyword Research? Ten Things You Should Do To Make Your Website Optimized For Humans and Search Engine Spiders!

Check Web Page Copy
Use keyword phrases in your web page content. Keywords when used properly as part of web page text can really increase your traffic from long-tail keyword searches. However, don't over-stuff keywords and make your web pages spammy.

Make Effective Use of Anchor Texts
Use keywords in link texts (anchor text). Replace the links that say click here to more relevant ones that have the keyword in it, if possible. Use good anchor texts even if you are linking to pages on your own sites (internal links) SEOLab URL Explorer is very handy for checking anchor texts. You can quickly get a list of all anchor texts used in any web page with a single click after entering the URL!

Create Good Alt Tags for Images
Use keywords for image tags (img alt tags). Many images may not even have an alt text. Look through your web pages and add them wherever possible.
The SEOLab URL Explorer will help here too. The "Anchor" tab in the lower panel will display links with an image as IMG [Anchor Text]

Check Your Competition
Do a Google / Yahoo / Live (Bing) search for the keywords and then study the top competitors. Improve your products, services and web pages based on your research. The blog post linked above has some tips. Competition research is very easy if you use SEOLab Professional. Please see... Find and Research Your Competition

Write Articles or Blog
Write an article that contains some of the important keyword phrases and post it to your blog. Don't have a blog? Start one. If you don't want to mess with technical things you can easily start a blog by signing up at SEOLAB For more valuable SEO tips visit their site.

I hope you enjoyed this information, put it to action and if it went over your head, just take it one step sat a time and you will be a pro in no time.

If you don't have a website for your business yet, what are you waiting for!

Learn a Copywriting Trick

Enjoy this article by a great master of marketing.

The Power of Three
By Michael Masterson
Here’s a little copywriting trick I learned long ago. It will help you prove any point you want to make.
After you’ve made a claim - such as “Skippy is the best peanut butter in the world” - support it with three consecutive paragraphs of proof.
In this case, the proof might look something like this:
In a test conducted by Buyer Trends last year, Skippy was rated as the top-scoring peanut butter in every single category: aroma, appearance, texture, and taste. When compared to other popular brands, such as Jif and Peter Pan, it rated between two and five points higher in each of these categories. Jeff Goodman, reporting for Buyer Trends, said, “When it comes to the pleasure of eating, Skippy rules.”
A scientific analysis conducted by WebNutrition.com found that Skippy had the highest ratio of protein to fat of all the major brands. Patrick Dunney, president of the National Health Institute, said that Skippy was “far and away” the best product from a health point of view.
I used to be a Jif fan myself. But last Thursday, for the first time, I tried Skippy on a slice of whole wheat toast - and I was blown away by how good it is!
Put your strongest proof at the top, and devote the most ink to it. The next paragraph should be about half the length of the first. And the third should be half the length of the second.
You should vary, if you can, the type of proof you provide. In the example above, the first paragraph presents a taste test by an established and trusted consumer service. The second paragraph presents proof that the product is nutritionally superior. And the third paragraph is a personal testimonial.
By using this structure, you get the strongest effect. The first paragraph - your best proof - makes the reader sit back and take the claim seriously. The second paragraph adds something to the equation. It makes the reader feel that the claim is not thin - that it has deep and substantial evidence to support it. The third paragraph doesn’t have to be very long at all, because by that time the reader is nearly sold. If you did spend a lot of time on it, you would bore him and risk losing his interest.
I’ve used this technique at least a thousand times in all sorts of sales presentations, and have always found it to be effective. Try it next time you write or edit an advertisement. (By the way, it also works perfectly well with editorial pieces.)
I call it the Rule of Three - but it’s not the only copywriting trick that is based on threes. There must be half a dozen of them that can make you a more persuasive salesperson.
A well-structured sales letter, for example, has three parts. As I explain in my book The Architecture of Persuasion, the classic direct-marketing promotion can be nicely divided into the lead, the body, and the close - each with its own objectives and subsequent rules.
The purpose of the lead is to excite and engage the prospect’s heart. The purpose of the body is to provide proof of all claims and therefore satisfy his doubting mind. And the close is meant to convince him that your offer is a great value, making it easy for him to make the purchase.
A third copywriting trick you can use to increase sales is called the Three-Legged Stool. This one is about the three elements that all good marketing copy must have: Idea, Proof, and Benefit.
The Idea, in most cases, is your unique selling proposition - the thing you’ve chosen to highlight in the sales presentation because you feel it will make the strongest impression on your prospect.
Benefit has to do with what the product will do to improve the prospect’s life. Beginning copywriters talk too much about the product and its features. Experienced copywriters know that the prospect cares only about himself and how the product will help him.
I’ve touched on Proof above, in the Rule of Three. Whenever you make a claim, you have to support it. The more proof you have, the easier it will be for the prospect to trust you. And trust is the most important factor in developing profitable relationships with your customers.
What is it about the number three that makes it work in so many ways in marketing copy? I don’t know - but I find it interesting that it’s an important number everywhere in our world.
There are three natural elements (wind, earth, and water), three phases of life (youth, maturity, and old age), three aspects of time (past, present, and future), and three primary colors (red, blue, and yellow).
Religion is full of threes: the Christian Trinity (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost)… the Hindu Trinity (Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva)… and the Buddhist Trinity (Amitabha and his two Bodhisattvas). There are three major branches of Judaism (orthodox, conservative, and reformed). And Muhammad taught a three-fold approach to God. (”The shariah is my words, thetariqa is my actions, and the haqiqa is my interior states.”)
The triangle and the tripod are two of science’s most basic tools. Three dimensions are the basis of artistic perspective. And literature is replete with threes: King Lear’s three daughters, Macbeth’s three witches, and the three musketeers, for example.
Yes, there is something powerful about the number three. Start employing it by using the three copywriting techniques I introduced you to today. You’ll notice the difference in the feel of your copy immediately. And you’ll see the effect on your sales very quickly too!

I hope this helped you and that you will be able to improve on your copywriting skills,
I know it has helped me.

Have a great day!

Going Through The Motions

Hi Group,

I hope your all doing well this week, a favorite artist of mine Matthew West came out with a new song called The Motions

The lyrics are very profound in many ways. relating to God, but there is one line that really stands out and can be applied to everybody's life even if your not religious.

This is the courus - Cause I don't want to go through the motions I don't want to go one more day without Your all consuming passion inside of me I don't want to spend my whole life asking, "What if I had given everything instead of going through the motions?"

Are you going through the motions in life and not applying yourself whole heartily in all that you do, living life with passion and purpose.

Do you really want to make your business succeed and give you the life of freedom you dream about, don't just go through the motions everyday just to get by, do what most are unwilling to do, believe in yourself, you were created to succeed, learn and grow as a person, this life has so much to offer and it is out there for you.

Get off the couch, don't waste another day, there is greatness in you, are you giving everything to your life instead of going through the motions.

I just want to stir some passion in you and motivate you to be the best you can be!

Enjoy this video, you may have to copy and paste this link into your browser.

Becoming Valuable

When you think of Valuable, what do you think of? The dictionary states the meaning as. having high monetary or material value or something of great importance use or service.

So when it comes to your home business, the real value is really not your product or service, it is YOU. The more valuable you become the more people will seek you out and want to join you and your business. This is HUGE, most people don't think about this aspect in growing their business.

How do you become valuable, well start learning and gaining knowledge in your business and marketing, start to fill your head with as much knowledge as possible read books, invest in courses, learn the skills that others will be unwilling to learn and in the process you will become valuable to others.

Also start to develop your leadership skills, learn to lead and teach, if someone is going to join you, they're looking to acquire some kind of power by associating themselves with you.

If they are not going to gain some kind of skill or knowledge by working with you, they won't work with you, they'll just go find someone that will meet their needs and give them the advantage they are looking for.

So here is the best part, it doesn't take much to increase your value to others particularly to prospects because most don't have a clue when it comes to building a home business.

All you need to do is just gain a little more knowledge than than they do, and that puts you in a position of power and value.

becoming VALUABLE to others is key in growing your business, start to invest in your value, buy some books and courses, learn all you can about marketing, become a sponge and soak it all up and start to share your knowledge with others and you will see the attraction begin.

"Somebody is going to succeed...why not you?"

What is your mind set?

Hello,

When your creating a new home business one of the first things you need to do is check your mind set, what I mean is how are you viewing yourself as an entrepreneur and leader in what you do.

Do you have a mindset of growth and learning and wanting to achieve.

Do you have a "Don't give up mindset" because you will experience failure as you start to grow your business, but you can't give up, you need to push through the failures and roadblocks and don't give up. Your dreams and goals are just ahead of you.

Do you have an Abundance mindset?
Offering value to people, Loving yourself, Love and Protect those who matter to you, Radiate Positive energy and optimism, respect yourself and your body, dress with style and live a healthy lifestyle.

Do what most people are unwilling to do.

Have a mindset to succeed, that you will not give up on reaching your dreams and goals.

having this mind set will set the foundation for creating a successful business and a successful life.

Do at least one positive thing today, and start changing your mindset to a bigger and brighter future.

In Success,

Randall Lang
