Why People Fail In Network Marketing
Over 90% of the people who join network marketing companies will fail. Many will fail over and over. Here are some of the reasons. Evaluate your own network marketing career. Make the necessary changes and you will achieve high levels of success! Here are main reasons why people fail in network marketing:
1. Select the wrong company - company goes out of business. Before you invest your time and money, make sure you have selected a company that is financially strong, well managed, has all the necessary infrastructure to handle momentum growth, and has a long-term plan that is beneficial to the distributors.
2. Select the wrong upline - no training or support. Make sure you are working with an upline group that has been successful, has the time to work with you personally, has proven training and marketing programs in place that you can use.
3. No purpose for being in business - if the "why?" is strong enough, the "how" is not as important.
4. No written goals - you must determine your goals, write them on a piece of paper, develop a plan of action, schedule daily activities that will take you to your goals.
5. Focused on making money - money is important, but your focus should be on helping others succeed. Zig Ziglar once said that "you can have everything you want, if you just help enough other people get what they want." Go out to make friends and help them become successful and you will also be successful.
6. Treat their business like a hobby - you must give your business consistent hours every day. If you treat it like a hobby (do things whenever you have some spare time), you will get paid like a hobby. If you treat it like a business (plan your work and work your plan daily), you will get paid like a BIG business!
7. Don't contact enough people - your job is to be a messenger. Take the message about your company, products, and opportunity out to as many people as is humanly possible each day. Don't worry about those who are not interested. You are just sifting for those who are. If you were to contact just one new person every day (six days a week), you would make 312 new contacts per year. If you just sponsored 10% of those, you would have 31 new distributors each year. What if they just duplicated what you did. WOW!
8. Blame - they blame their upline, the company, the compensation plan, and the products for their failure. This is YOUR business and YOUR responsibility. If you have chosen the right company and upline, then your success or failure falls squarely on your shoulders.
9. Impatience - most people get too impatient and quit with success just around the corner. This is a business and it takes time to build. If you were building a traditional business, it would take 3 to 5 years before you were actually making any money. In network marketing, you can do this in a matter of months. Be patient and never quit.
10. Takes NO personally - people are going to tell you NO. It's not the right time in their life for what you are offering. They are not rejecting you, but rather the opportunity or products. Don't take it personally, just stay in touch with the person, so when the time is right, you will be there.

Google Ad-Words a Key to Success
You will find lots of different programs that will show you how to use Google Ad-Words and different tips and tricks for using it effectively, some of these programs are good, some not so good, I have weeded through many of them and found one that really sticks out of the crowd and that is the Perry Marshall program, this will really give you the in's and Out's of how to use Ad-Words and how to make profit for you.
Here is a link you can use to check out this program, Perry Marshall He offers some really good Free goodies and also has some intense training courses for the professional marketer wanting more out of their Ad-Words. Perry Marshall offers training for the Newbie all the way to the top professionals, so you can stick with him all the way through your business growth.
I don't promote Perry Marshall because I am an affiliate, I am an affiliate because I like his program and it works, so I definably suggest checking out Perry Marshall and take his courses to improve your Google Ad-Words campaigns and improve your business, which in the end that's what it's all about.

13 Most Common Objections - What To Do
As most objections are expressed emotions you must take care to inject information into the process only when this is appropriate. Information will not solve any objection, but only help your prospect solve their dilemma.
With each objection, probe them for more information and offer the benefits of your business. Remember, you are trying to offer a solution and add value to someone’s life, not sell your business.
13 Most Common Objections
1. I Don’t Have the Time
Make sure you probe to determine:
* Is time really the issue or whether the current time is a bad time for you to
present the opportunity?
* How does the prospect feel about being time-strapped?
* What is taking up the prospects time now and are there areas where they could
find time?
* What is the prospect’s desire to gain control over their time?
* Does the prospect understands what is actually required to do the business?
* Does the prospect appreciate what it would be like to have the time?
2. I Don’t Have The Money
Make sure you probe to determine:
* What is what they’re doing now not working?
* Have they provided for future needs – college for kids and retirement?
* How would they feel to never have to say this again?
* What are they doing now to correct the situation?
* Are they ready to do something about not having any money?
3. This Is A Pyramid
Make sure you probe to determine:
* What is their perception of a pyramid?
* Would they appreciate you would not involve others in an illegal scheme?
4. I Can’t Sell
Make sure you probe to determine:
* What is their past experience with sales?
* What is it about sales that scares them?
* What do they believe is involved in network marketing?
* That they understand that sharing, and not traditional sales, is the core of
your business
5. My Friend Lost Money in Network Marketing
Make sure you probe to determine:
* That they appreciate that different people succeed in different endeavors
because we are all…different
* What was the type of opportunity this friend was involved in?
* Why their friend was unsuccessful
* Do they predict their success on how successful their friend was?
* Do they understand that there is a right way and a wrong way to do business?
6. I’m Not The Network Marketing Type
Make sure you probe to determine:
* What do they believe the network marketing type is?
* Were they involved in network marketing before and if so, with whom?
* Do they understand network marketing?
* Do they appreciate how network marketing has evolved over the years?
* Do they know the caliber of individuals involved in your business?
7. I’ve Tried Network Marketing and it Didn’t Work
Make sure you probe to determine:
* What was their prior network marketing experience?
* Why their prior experience would not work for them?
* What do they see as the elements necessary for them to succeed?
* How were their prior employment experiences right or wrong for them but had
the opposite effect on others?
8. I Don’t Know How To Start A Business
Make sure you probe to determine:
* Have they started a business in the past?
* Were they alone in starting a business?
* What do they see as difficult in starting a new business?
* Do they appreciate the rewards in owning a business?
9. I Don’t Know Anybody
Make sure you probe to determine:
* Would they appreciate how nice it would be to have a network of friends to
call upon?
* What relationships they actually have, such as professionals who serve them
and family members seeking opportunity?
* That your business can get started by sharing the product/service and finding
just a few people to do the same (the # will depend on your compensation plan)
* They can appreciate how many friends you have made with this business.
10. I Can Get It Cheaper/Too Much Competition
Make sure you probe to determine:
* How they select their own products?
* What makes them think there is too much competition?
* Do they appreciate the difference between price and value?
* Could they well be comparing apples to oranges?
11. My Partner Doesn’t Want Me To Do This?
Make sure you probe to determine:
* Do they appreciate that a home based business allows them to focus on family
first?
* What was their network marketing experience in the past?
* What are the partner’s objections?
* Who is the decision maker in the family?
* Whether the spouse should attend the presentation?
12. I Already Have A Good Job
Make sure you probe to determine:
* Does their job provide an income after they have left?
* Is their retirement and kid’s education provided for?
* That this opportunity need not threaten their current employment
* That job security is no longer assured after what’s already happened in this
financial crisis
13. I Don’t Want To Bother My Friends
Make sure you probe to determine:
* That they already make recommendations to their friends daily – a good movie,
a good restaurant, etc
* Are their friends already established and secure in their income and
retirement?
* That this opportunity can help their friends achieve their goals.
Study These and always be ready with a good response for objections, this will increase your sales and profesionalism.

on how to capture your traffic that comes
to your site.
Here's how it works:
1. You place ads, write articles, blog,
whatever. You will have a link that invites
people to your website.
2. When they get to your website, have
something of value that they would like to
learn about. You will have a place for them
to enter their name and email for this information.
3. They will have to confirm in an email that
they do in fact want to be a part of your list
so that you are not spamming. When they
verify that they accept your invitation to join
your list, then you have "captured" your traffic.
A good example of an offer would be home business
coaching tips like this. A free report, or ebook.
Perhaps a CD or newsletter. Much of what I
share with my "list" (aka a customer list) applies to
any home business. I hope that you do find value
in what I share with you.
Be good to your customers and provide them
the information they are seeking. Don't just send
them junk mail. Send them something of value
that they can use in their business. I have
people tell me that they set up a folder for all my
emails and they refer back to them. That's a good
thing.
I teach my business partners how to set up
the capture form and use this autoresponder to
make it all work. Furthermore, members of my
team are allowed to transfer all my messages
to their own account so they don't have to do
any writing, as they will have other things I
want them to focus on when getting their business
going.
The autoresponder is an intregral part of your
business. To read more about it visit the websites
below.
Aweber Autoresponder
GetResponse Autoresponder
My autoresponders work for me 24/7/365.
They never call in sick.
My messages are delivered like clockwork
I take vacations and time off from work but
my automated systems with the autoresponders
keep going. Which means money keeps coming in.
Sound good? You bet.
Check out the autoresponders, learn about them
so you have a better understanding of how they
work.

Vision For Your Dream
This is important in helping you to reach your dreams and goals, you need to have a vision a clear vision of exactly what you want and how your going to get there.
Can you you see yourself in your dream, living it, enjoying it, almost like you can reach out and touch it, maybe you have a dream to buy a boat, can you see yourself out on the water, water skiing or maybe fishing, having a few friends along having a good time out in the sun, can you just picture in your head how that would be.
Or maybe you want to have a successful business and be financially free, can you see yourself being debt free, having plenty of money in the bank, buying things cash, supporting your favorite ministry or charity and just doing what you want when you want, because your success has enabled you to do that. Can you get that vision in your head!
A lot of people dream of having lots of money, but do they have a vision of it, and a plan on how to get there. That is the big difference between people that accomplish their dreams and goals and those that don't, people will say to themselves, "It would be great to have that Jaguar or that yacht, but I will never be able to get that" they talk themselves right out of ever achieving that dream.
If you really want to start seeing your goals and dreams being fulfilled, get a vision and lay out a plan on how your going to get there, speak faith into your dream, like "I will get that car or that yacht or house or whatever it may be" speak it and see yourself in it.
Now having a dream and goal and a vision of how you will get there is good, but one more key ingredient is necessary and that is putting action to your thoughts and not giving up even when things get rough, no matter what DON"T GIVE UP, NEVER GIVE UP, when you fall down get back up and strive toward your dream, do what others are unwilling to do.
The day will come when you are living that dream and accomplishing that goal, and people will ask how you did it and you can give them this same advice. "Get a vision for your dream and don't give up"
So, can you see yourself being debt free, having money, and not worrying about bills and just enjoying life to its fullest with passion and purpose. Get a vision, picture yourself being there and speak it out loud. "I will be debt free and have abundance in my life, I will, I will, I will"
Make a plan today and start taking steps to get there.
Be Visionary.
This is a Bible verse I like to apply to my life.
Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:3

10 steps to optimize your website.
Completed Your Keyword Research? Ten Things You Should Do To Make Your Website Optimized For Humans and Search Engine Spiders!
Check Web Page Copy
Use keyword phrases in your web page content. Keywords when used properly as part of web page text can really increase your traffic from long-tail keyword searches. However, don't over-stuff keywords and make your web pages spammy.
Make Effective Use of Anchor Texts
Use keywords in link texts (anchor text). Replace the links that say click here to more relevant ones that have the keyword in it, if possible. Use good anchor texts even if you are linking to pages on your own sites (internal links) SEOLab URL Explorer is very handy for checking anchor texts. You can quickly get a list of all anchor texts used in any web page with a single click after entering the URL!
Create Good Alt Tags for Images
Use keywords for image tags (img alt tags). Many images may not even have an alt text. Look through your web pages and add them wherever possible.
The SEOLab URL Explorer will help here too. The "Anchor" tab in the lower panel will display links with an image as IMG [Anchor Text]
Check Your Competition
Do a Google / Yahoo / Live (Bing) search for the keywords and then study the top competitors. Improve your products, services and web pages based on your research. The blog post linked above has some tips. Competition research is very easy if you use SEOLab Professional. Please see... Find and Research Your Competition
Write Articles or Blog
Write an article that contains some of the important keyword phrases and post it to your blog. Don't have a blog? Start one. If you don't want to mess with technical things you can easily start a blog by signing up at SEOLAB For more valuable SEO tips visit their site.
I hope you enjoyed this information, put it to action and if it went over your head, just take it one step sat a time and you will be a pro in no time.
If you don't have a website for your business yet, what are you waiting for!
